In short, no.

Each site is going to make its own amount of money regardless, although your earnings per 1000 impressions will certainly not 'appear' as good as some other sites because half of your 1000 views will come from the other site - capiche?

Best way to breakdown the earnings is to use custom channels in adsense.

There is a setting in the adsense.php file in blixkrieg where you can enter a custom channel for each site, or if you'd like, you can use URL Channels -
