Several times over the last few weeks a person called ‘eric’ has posted the following message on the Google Webmaster Forum:-

I need a streaming satellite video or photograph’s of this Location:
approx 38.12817 N, approx 122.25124 W on the morning of 071506 between
the hours of 03:00am and 06:00am, A big reward is offered if the
correct images are on the video footage has to be authentic (real=no
hoaxes) “exact location is hwy37 and the signal light prior to crossing
over the bridge/roadway of Marine World Parkway. Very Very Big Reward,
Important Issues are at stake or any information pointing me in that
person’s or companies direction will really be appreciated. Thank.

This has got me a little interested, so I thought I’d check out the location using Google Earth.

Unfortunately the image isn’t timestamped, so I thought I’d look at the shadowing on the picture to get a ‘guesstimate’ at the time of day - this led to me realize that there is something quite unusual about this picture Let me know if you notice it too..

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to know the date and time that this picture was taken - although I have found one site that details a clever way to date google earth pictures.

Just in case this happens to be what you’re after ‘Eric’, the image appears to show a car running a red light. Please see below:-
