Thanks Sheryl - I've made the sheep bigger - and changed the font. Didn't know what you meant by the turqoise box though?

Hehe.. you spotted it JLH - The Google colors. I knew if anyone did it would prob be you :) And don't feel lonely in your black and white world - I do the majority of my work with a bash shell, in linux, and my html editor of choice is vim... :D

Susie, the sheep are meant to represent 'the mob' and the one little sheep that is standing there highlighted in a tasteful bright purple (the color of frustration) has chosen to stop for just a second and rationalize the situation.

He's asking himself the following questions..

'Why am I coloured a tasteful purple when all my mates here are boring grey?'
'Why am I following this mob of sheep blindly when I'm obviously a bit different?'
'Could it be that going in this new direction could be better for me?'
'Is this my chance to try it and see if I can't make my mark on the lives of 'different' sheep everywhere?'

Blue. Red. Yellow. Blue. Green.

Where have I seen that pattern before???

Oh yeah, www.google.com.

You don't want my feedback on design, I'm an engineer, if I had my way it would all be plain text and images would be banned.

The black and white image is not that bad. (What's with the sheep, is that where you live?) It's the colors -- in the words, utheguru that need fixed. I am just as amazed as you by designers and their work, -- so I cannot help you with that one -- just PR.
